I’ve been having so much fun putting these meal plans together and learning more about different diets and food preferences. For example, we don’t cook with a lot of ground chicken. It’s just not something we gravitate to, but I did a poll on Instagram a few weeks ago and so many of you love ground poultry. I’m attempting to incorporate more of that and also more vegetarian meals into meal plans and this week’s meal plan is a good one!
