In our kitchen, having the right tools is essential for our daily cooking routine. Over the years, my husband and I have carefully selected each item to ensure efficiency and functionality without overcrowding our cabinets. We prioritize quality over quantity, recognizing that the right tools make a significant difference in our cooking experience. Whether it's a reliable chef's knife or a durable set of pots and pans, each tool serves a specific purpose and contributes to our culinary success.
This is a great list! I've been wanting to add a meat masher to our kitchen gadgets because like you, I'm certain I'd make good use of it. I love the Henckels Granitium Nonstick Frying Pans for eggs! Otherwise, I like to use cast iron. My favorite kitchen gadget is the Microplane zester! I use it ALL THE TIME. It's great for zesting citrus but also when you want super fluffy cheese on top of pasta. Chefs kiss! Definitely not a must-have for every kitchen but I grab for it a few times a week. I think the key is knowing what and how you cook and building from there.
Really enjoyed this look into your kitchen! I really struggle with stainless pots and pans. Any tips and tricks that work for you to keep things from sticking too much?
I've found that you have to use more oil or butter than you think. We primarily use avocado oil so it doesn't affect the taste of whatever it is that we're cooking.
Love this list! Could not live without a kitchen scale and I honestly don't know how people go without a rice cooker—such a game changer.
It really is! Perfect rice every single time? Sign me up!

Yes!! We always use our microplane to grate parmesan on top of pasta. It's perfect!
